Second Presbyterian Weekday School offers a developmentally appropriate program that recognizes that each child is unique, with different patterns of growth, likes and dislikes, learning styles and experiences. The focus is on the whole child – physical, emotional, social, cognitive, moral, spiritual, and creative. We believe learning starts with safe and healthy relationships between teachers and children. From there, our curriculum is a balance of developmental milestones and supporting children's interests through hands-on, experiential learning. We serve children six weeks through kindergarten and utilize our beautiful building and outdoor campus for all ages.
We are hiring for the 2024-2025 school year! We are looking for passionate, creative, and collaborative early childhood educators to join our teaching community. We offer co-teaching positions to candidates with a degree and classroom experience, mentorship positions for those excited to get started in the ECE field, and Extended Day positions for those interested in working our Lunch Bunch (12:00-3:00) or After Care (3:00-5:00) programs.
