I have read the Registration Policies (linked below), including the section on Priority for Class Assignments.  Final class schedule will be made by ITP coordinator, and based on enrollment needs. 

Once my child's application has been accepted,  I understand I must provide an updated immunization certificate for my child prior to the first day of school.
