Music and Movement
Our music and movement classes promote a life-long love and appreciation of music. Children discover music and instruments of all different genres from around the world, where children explore their responses to rhythm with movement.
Art Studio
In each classroom and in our Reggio-inspired atelier (art studio) we facilitate children’s expression in any of the Reggio Emilia “hundred languages” that can unfold in a hundred ways. Our Studio strives to integrate the spirit of collaboration, an attitude of exploration and discovery, strongly shared values and self-expression.
Outdoor Classrooms
Our outdoor learning spaces have been transformed through the incredible generosity of our families and community. After 2 years of very thoughtful planning and construction to include every age and stage, we have created outdoor spaces that encourage imagination, exploration, discovery, engagement and sense of wonder.
A few of the highlights: a water and mud play deck, Sand Maker Space, a belly swing, a music wall complete with drums, gongs, thunder wall and chimes, Amaze 'N Mess STEAM Lab, our very own "Belle of Louisville" Water Experimentation Station, tricycle track and the Pebble and Pouring Station!
