MEMO OF UNDERSTANDING TRANSITION PLAN

I understand that Second Pres Weekday School is committed to maintaining child/staff ratios as set forth by Kentucky Licensing and Regulations and NAEYC accreditation standards and will meet specifications accordingly.

If a child turns age 2 during the school year, they will remain in their current social grouping and transition to the 2s classroom the following school year with visitation visits in April/May.

Therefore, due to the turning of age 2 by some classmates, I hereby give permission for my child to be in a mixed age group with children 2 years and older for an hour or more a day.
